• Open Concept Is New Not Old Many of you are getting

spoiled like your rich millionaires with a silver spoon.You complain on wanting open concept,when when houses were first made open concept didn't exist . Houses had the basic needs,
were with small kitchens,also
houses had small bathrooms
too.We got spoiled because of the building industry.I do understand many families can't fit in small kitchens, need more head room,but many these houses really
didn't have this in the history of our first homes.So be more understanding when someone is trying to either,alter your house with open concept or finding you
a home with what you want.Also show some consideration when someone who is qualified to remodel your house.It takes time,money,especially old homes,that might have a sewer problem,including a
septic tank problem.Then
there also roots that get into
the sewer or septic tank system,roots taking over the
foundation,that will have to be cut down to save the house from problems later.

your house.
